Join our team as an Apprentice Sales Associate and build a career in medical device sales. You’ll work towards a Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience in sales, developing new business and building relationships with healthcare professionals. The role will involve developing new business, prospecting for customers and building relationships with nurses, consultants and other healthcare professionals. You will need to be comfortable communicating with people, able to build trust and confident discussing technical information once trained.

Duties will include:

Develop strong knowledge of our products, market and competitors.
Proactively develop new business and build a sales pipeline.
Build professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
Provide excellent customer service and support customers.
Use our CRM to manage customer relationships and opportunities.
Represent Micro-Tech UK professionally at customer meetings and industry events.
Work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
