Health Care Assistant Apprentice
As a care assistant, you’ll be an important part of the team, working closely to support residents and provide high quality care.
You’ll receive on-the-job training while studying for a Level 2 Diploma in Care, so you can develop the skills and knowledge you need to make a difference in people’s lives.
This apprenticeship takes between 12-18 months and is a great opportunity to work in the industry. The apprenticeship is delivered through a blended learning programme, which means you can access the course from anywhere in the UK.
You’ll also get Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths. Debt-free and with a job at the end: what’s not to love?
As a caregiver, you’ll assist residents with personal care duties such as bathing and dressing, ensuring that they are comfortable and supported.
You’ll also help to complete monthly and weekly health checks, and support residents at mealtimes. With your dedication and compassion, you can make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Our apprenticeship scheme offers you the chance to gain a Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship – a great opportunity for lifelong knowledge, skills and behaviours.
You’ll receive day to day training at work and a blended social learning experience for your qualification, which will be delivered on a 1-2-1 basis by one of our expert coaches every 4-6 weeks.
