Salon Apprentice – Start Your Career in Hairdressing! Creative and sociable? Join our friendly salon, earn while you learn, and train one day a week at MK College. Get hands-on experience, support from skilled stylists, and grow into a qualified hair professional. Perfect for enthusiastic, hardworking starters.

What you’ll do at work

This role is ideal for someone who lives close to Toddington, Bletchley, Dunstable, Houghton Regis or surrounding villages, and can easily travel to the salon.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll learn everything you need for a successful career in hairdressing, including:

  • Shampooing & conditioning
  • Helping stylists with colouring, cutting & styling
  • Greeting clients and making them feel amazing
  • Keeping the salon looking polished and professional
  • Reception and customer service duties
  • Supporting the team during busy periods

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly and confident talking to people
  • Creative and enjoys working with their hands
  • A team player
  • Reliable and organised
  • Interested in the hairdressing industry
