ADMINISTRATOR

Our client, a rapidly expanding and highly ambitious company, is seeking to recruit an Administrator to join their dynamic team based in St Albans. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training. We are looking for individuals who are computer literate, possess excellent organisational skills, and are seeking a company that offers outstanding prospects. The successful applicant will be required to work in the office for three months, and following successful completion of their probationary period, they will be able to work from home two days per week.

The applicant must be able to drive and own their own vehicle.

The following responsibilities

Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls to the Block Management team

Issuing basic communications

Arranging for keys to be cut

Assisting with printing, envelope stuffing, and postal duties

Handling ad-hoc, straightforward leaseholder enquiries

Liaising with contractors — including raising work orders, following up on quote requests, saving inspection/service reports, and updating tickets. The Property Manager will continue to review and approve works as standard before the Administrator is asked to obtain quotations or progress-related actions.

Assisting with AGM preparation, including sending invitations, compiling meeting packs, and booking venues

Taking and distributing meeting minutes.
