We’re seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as One-to-One Teaching Assistants in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. You’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils to reach their full potential within our school.

Contract: Full Time, Fixed-Term (1 Year), Term Time Only

As a One-to-One Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Mentoring and supporting one pupil or small group of no more than six pupils.
Maintaining awareness and supporting the meeting and evaluation of targets outlined in each pupil’s Educational Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Providing assistance to the classroom teacher during lessons.
Reporting pupils’ progress and any concerns, collaborating with other school staff to ensure their needs are met.
Supervising pupils during times outside lessons, including extra-curricular activities and school trips.
Assisting with lesson planning and classroom preparation.
Setting work and undertaking marking as appropriate.
Building positive relationships with your pupils and encouraging interaction and positive learning outcomes.
