Compliance Coordinator
To give full administrative support to the Contracts Manager or the Housing Asset Manager with the achievement of essential objectives. This will involve multi-tasking in the different teams, being involved with the Contracting team or the Housing Asset team working with Gas, Asbestos, Legionella, Fire, Electrical and Lift mechanical administrative work. Furthermore provide self-organised administrative support – observing managerial priorities – for all referred functions.
