We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a collaborative finance team, reporting directly to the CFO and taking responsibility for financial operations, reporting, controls and team leadership.
You must have:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
Education, charity or not-for-profit sector experience
Strong people management experience
Excellent financial and management reporting skills
Strong controls, compliance and analytical capability
Excellent Excel and finance systems knowledge
The confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels

Working pattern: Predominantly office based, with up to 2 days working from home per week maximum.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a values-led organisation while leading and developing an established finance team.
