At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver to work with a leading fragrance retailer in Dunstable. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of the warehouse, managing a team of operatives, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Shift Patterns:
* Any 5 out of 7 days

Role for Forklift Driver:
* Manage warehouse operations and team of operatives
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
* Operate reach trucks for efficient stock movement
* Perform loading and unloading of goods
* Support picking and other warehouse departments as needed

Must-have requirements for Forklift Driver:
* Minimum 6-12 months forklift reach truck driving experience
* Loading and unloading goods
* Pallet handling and stacking
* Working in a busy warehouse environment
* Safe load handling and pedestrian safety
* Hazards identification
* No history of serious safety violations
* Able to complete pre-use checks
* Ability to sit/operate machinery for extended periods
* Ability to handle manual tasks when required
* Good level of English
