Job summary

easyJet Airline Company PLC is seeking a Global Mobility Manager to lead the delivery of our mobility programme across Europe from our Luton office, with 3 days on-site per week. You will advise employees and managers on relocations, visas and tax, while coordinating external providers to ensure compliant, high-quality deployments.

The role focuses on delivering practical mobility solutions, optimizing processes and driving a positive employee experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in Global Mobility or related area.
Strong understanding of immigration, tax and relocation requirements.
Proven stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end mobility cases: relocations, immigration, assignments, commuter arrangements and cross-border compliance.
Oversee Global Mobility operations for ~150 moves per year across Europe.
Provide guidance across employee mobility lifecycle and work with providers to ensure service delivery.
Coordinate tax and social security compliance and sponsorship activities.
Support workforce planning and cross-border projects requiring mobility expertise.
Identify process improvements using technology and AI-enabled solutions.
