Duties including but not limited to:
- To follow all maintenance requests received from the Helpdesk or Maintenance Manager.
- To meet and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements for Health & Safety and fire emergency standards stipulated by the Head of Construction & Facilities.
- Resolve problems and issues that arise during venue refurbishment.
- To be able to work unsupervised to resolve maintenance issues.
- Assist with the layout of gaming machines in venue following a vision plan if required.
- To assist with carpet installations and minor carpet repairs.
- To attend periodic department meetings on agreed dates.
- To promote the company in a professional and positive manner with both internal and external contacts or at any other opportunity.
- To respond positively, promptly and appropriately to all internal and external customer requests.
