In this role you will assemble and disassemble units to detailed engineering drawings, complete pressure testing, produce dimensional and strip inspection reports, and prepare equipment for despatch. You will use measuring equipment, air and electrical tools, and update jobs through the ERP system while maintaining 5S and safe working practices throughout.

This role would suit a Mechanical/Assembly Fitter from a manufacturing background looking for long-term security, on-the-job development and the support to do the job properly in a business that values quality and safety.

The Role:

Assembly and disassembly of units to engineering drawings and quality plans
Pressure testing, dimensional reporting and strip/inspection reporting
Use of measuring equipment plus air powered and electrical tools

Preparing units for despatch, including paint/prep, and maintaining 5S standards
37 hours per week, Week 1: 6:00am to 2:15pm, Week 2: 2:15pm to 10:30pm. Fridays: 6:00am to 12:00pm/12:00pm-6:00pm
