An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established building services company covering Northwest London through to Milton Keynes. This role would suit an experienced AC Engineer with commercial experience, ideally with chiller knowledge, looking for a varied mobile position with a company van, fuel card and paid door-to-door travel.

Package

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Hours: 40-hour working week
Vehicle: Company van provided
Fuel Card: Included
Personal Use: Permitted
Travel: Door-to-door travel paid
On-Call: 1 in 16
Standby: TBC
Sick Pay: No company sick pay
Holiday: 21 days, increasing by 1 day per year
Overtime: Standard overtime rates

Areas Covered

Northwest London through to Milton Keynes
Ideal location: Luton and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on commercial air conditioning systems
Diagnose and rectify faults across a range of AC equipment
Service and maintain commercial air conditioning systems
Carry out inspections, testing and routine maintenance
Attend breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently
Complete service reports and relevant compliance documentation
Maintain strong customer relationships and professional standards on site
Participate in the 1 in 16 on-call rota
