We have a fantastic opportunity for a quality-driven Operations Manager join our client, a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality medical equipment.

Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, this is a hands-on role providing day-to-day operational leadership across manufacturing, quality and supply chain.

Beyond driving site-level performance and health and safety, you’ll collaborate directly with executive leadership on longer term business planning and represent the site during group leadership forums designed for strategic knowledge sharing across the wider corporate network.

Requirement:

Operations leadership in medical device manufacturing, pharma or similarly regulated manufacturing (past experience counts; it doesn’t have to be your last job)
Solid understanding of ISO framework adherence, internal/external audits, and quality-led manufacturing practices.
Proven track record of managing operations across manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, and quality functions.
Hands-on experience embedding Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement practices into operational culture.
A grounded, present leader who thrives on daily collaboration with site teams.
