Working Pattern: Fully office-based

We are currently looking for a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced shipping or logistics professional to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and play a key role in ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate customer shipments, including EXW collections.
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipping arrangements.
Liaise with freight forwarders and obtain competitive freight quotations.
Work closely with Planning and Operations to ensure customer orders are shipped on time.
Prepare shipping and export documentation, including:
- Certificates of Origin
- ATRs
- Commercial invoices
- Certificates of Conformance
- Test certificates
Support import/export and customs documentation, including SAD documentation.
Process customer shipments through relevant shipping portals.
Liaise with the Credit team regarding Letters of Credit.
Participate in Health & Safety and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure shipping activities are completed accurately and in line with company procedures and customer requirements.
