Are you a looking to come off the road and move into a remote helpdesk role? Working remotely, you’ll provide technical support to customers and engineers, using your existing engineering knowledge to diagnose issues. This Technical Support Engineer receive structured training on the company’s equipment and systems, giving you the technical knowledge and confidence to develop within the role.

This Technical Support Engineer Role Will Include:

* Technical Support Engineer position – working remotely
* Providing over the phone technical support to customers and engineers
* Working on food processing equipment
* Diagnosing faults and assisting with troubleshooting
* Developing strong product and technical knowledge
