Who is this course for?

Develop an understanding of Children and Young People’s Mental Health throughout the following mandatory units:

Unit 1: Understand Children and Young People’s Mental Health in Context
Unit 2: Understand Factors which may Affect Children and Young People’s Mental Health
Unit 3: Understand Children & Young People’s Mental Health Concerns
Unit 4: Understand the Impact of Children & Young People’s Mental Health Concerns
Unit 5: Understand how to Support Children & Young People with Mental Health Concerns

Study Online courses allow you to complete your study from the comfort of your own home, in your own time. A specialist tutor will be assigned to you for the duration of your course and will provide individual support and guidance.

The course begins with an initial induction phone call, after which you will be issued access to the online learning platform to start your course. Regular access to a computer and a stable internet connection is essential. Public areas such as your local library can allow you access to a computer and internet, should you not have access to your own.
